It would appear that one of the first parts of the industry to recover will be multi-family rentals. I guess this makes sense since first time buyer and affordable buyers have been scared out of the real estate purchase market by the media, what can they do but pay rent.
With so many people renting, the rents have tended to drift upward improving the lot of the multi-family rental owners and purchasers.
