No, this is not an April Fool's Day joke by the way, we probably chose the wrong day to make the announcement!

We are announcing Green Pointe's new list of consulting services:

• Independant Outside Board Member - Recently we were asked to take on the role of board member for entrepreneurial or family owned businesses that need an outside participant. We were surprised and obviously grateful to have the trust that this role requires.
• Sales Training - We are currently working with a residential mortgage company and two small custom home builders on sales training for both internal and external sales efforts.
• Commercial Real Estate Planning Services - This includes campus planning, site selection analysis, design and scheduling, site acquisition, feasibility, market study, and lease negotiations.
• Marketing Strategies - using years of marketing experience, a system of big picture strategies, specific tactics, and team recruitment to reach those goals. Online marketing strategies becoming a large part of these tactics.
• Public Relations - this area ranges from simple press release writing and distribution to press conferences and full scale public relations campaigns. Use of article writing, blogging, and endorsements coordinated.
• Web 2.0 for small business - one on one training and actual production of online presence for small businesses and entrepreneurs wanting to leverage the internet.

Sound like way too many things? Perhaps, but I'm having a great time changing hats every day and helping people reach their goals.
