Commercial Real Estate is solid, and even growing ever so slightly in Northwest Indiana in 2008. One great example is the terrific amount of construction in the Ameriplex project in Portage Indiana.
But if I have one complaint it is the lack of good solid market data. The MLS is all but worthless, and so few commercial brokers use any one online system that the information available is very poor.
I am hoping that someone, or some company, will step into the technology fray and really make Northwest Indiana Commercial Real Estate market data a key niche. Where are you?
